Caecilia Thunnissen – Founder
Caecilia Thunnissen has been working as stage director and cultural entrepreneur since 2003 in projects ranging from opera to modern dance and from industrial design to films. Since 2015 she is the artistic director of Oorkaan, an Amsterdam based company that creates music productions for young audiences. In December 2015 she directed Richard Wagner’s Lohengrin played by the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra Amsterdam and conducted by Sir Mark Elder. Jan Boiten created the stage design for this semi staged opera.
Jan Boiten – Founder
Over the last twenty years, scenographer Jan Boiten has conceived and created numerous scenographies – decors, light designs and video decors, audiovisuals, text graphics. He works in different fields like musical theatre, dance, opera, cabaret, television, festivals, musicals, chamber music ensembles, with composers and events. His work has been seen on many major stages and at festivals across the world from Moskou to New York.
